What exactly is included in the stay (and what is optional)?

The stay includes accommodation, tourist tax, and cleaning before and after your arrival. All additional services (concierge, chef, chauffeurs, groceries, activities, massages, etc.) are available as options, upon request, depending on the property.

How does the booking process work (steps, contract, deposit, payment, security deposit)?

Booking is done in 3 simple steps: Initial contact: you let us know your dates, number of travellers and expectations. Your request is reviewed by our team. Offer & rental contract: we send you a tailored offer followed by the rental contract for signature. The deposit amount, the security deposit and the banking details are set out in the contract. Payment: • A deposit of between 20% and 50% of the total amount is requested at the time of booking. • The balance must be settled at the latest between 20 and 30 days before the arrival date, according to the conditions set out in the rental contract. • Payment is made by bank transfer to the TREVELYAN account. Security deposit: a security deposit is also requested by bank transfer. Its amount and terms are specified in the rental contract. The reservation is confirmed according to the conditions stated in the rental contract.

What is your cancellation and date modification policy?

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows. The applicable conditions are set out in the rental contract provided at the time of booking. • More than 30 days before arrival AND within 48 hours of booking: 100% of the total amount. • Between 7 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount. • Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund, the full amount remains due.

Are the properties suitable for families (children, baby equipment, safety)?

Yes. Our properties are suitable for family stays and we can provide, upon request, baby equipment (e.g., baby cot), subject to availability and property. The swimming pool is secured and its depth is adjustable, allowing safe use adapted to children under adult supervision. For safety, certain facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, stairs, terraces, outdoor equipment…) require continuous supervision: children and any minor or vulnerable person must remain under the responsibility of an adult, and access to facilities is only permitted in the presence of an adult. We also ask that safety devices available on site (alarms, covers, barriers, etc.) be used systematically and in accordance with the instructions.

Who actually operates the stay on site: you, an agency, a third-party owner?

It is the Idyllic Collection team that accompanies you before and during your stay. You have a dedicated contact person for organization, services and on-site follow-up.
