How does booking work?

Fill out our contact form specifying the property you'd like, your dates and the number of guests. Your request is reviewed by our team, who will reply within 24h to confirm availability and send you a tailored offer followed by a rental contract. The deposit, the security deposit and the banking details are set out in that contract: the booking is confirmed according to the conditions stated there, once the deposit has been received by bank transfer.

What is the minimum stay?

We accept stays from 2 nights in low season. In high season (Christmas, New Year, school holidays), a 7-night minimum applies. For bespoke events, contact us directly - we review each request individually.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Accepted Answer

Check-in is from 4 PM in low season, and from 6 PM in high season. Check-out is before 11 AM. Your Chalet Manager or House Manager will be on site to welcome you. Adjustments may be possible depending on availability.

What's included in the price?

The price includes full exclusive use of the residence, a dedicated Chalet Manager, concierge service before and during your stay, housekeeping before and after your stay, and household linen supplied on arrival. Breakfast, cleaning of the living areas and the renewal of household linen are offered with every stay, as a supplement. A private chef and additional services (transfers, massages, activities) are available as options.

Is the private chef included or optional?

The private chef is offered as an option, on request. Former executive chefs of fine-dining restaurants, they design fully bespoke menus tailored to your tastes and your group. Contact us to learn more.

Is the property fully privatised?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. Each of our properties is rented exclusively to your group for the full duration of the stay. No outside guests, no passing through - the property is entirely yours. Each residence is also secured by alarm, video surveillance and high-level access control, for your complete peace of mind.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows. The applicable conditions are set out in the rental contract provided at the time of booking. More than 30 days before arrival and within 48 hours of booking: 100% refund of the total amount. Between 7 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount. Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund, the full amount remains due.

Do you accept pets?

Pets may be accepted under conditions depending on the property and the dates. A supplement per animal and an increase in the security deposit will be requested and detailed in the rental contract. Please let us know at the time of your booking request.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, every property is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, included in the stay.

Question 10

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A deposit (acompte) of between 20% and 50% of the total amount is requested at the time of booking. The balance must be settled at the latest between 20 and 30 days before the arrival date, according to the conditions set out in the rental contract. Payment is made by bank transfer to the TREVELYAN account. The banking details are communicated in the contract. A security deposit (caution) is also requested by bank transfer. Its amount and terms are specified in the rental contract.

When will LakeFront Villa be available to book?

LakeFront Villa is currently being prepared. Contact us now to be among the first informed when bookings open and to secure your dates in advance.

Does the villa have direct lake access?

Accepted Answer

Yes. LakeFront Villa enjoys direct access to Lake Geneva from the estate, with a private dock. A rare experience at the gates of Geneva.

Question 13

Can guests use the private dock?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the private dock is available to residents throughout the stay. It can accommodate a small craft. For water activities (boat, paddle, jet-ski), our team can arrange bespoke services through our concierge.

Is the pool heated? When is it open?

Accepted Answer

The outdoor pool is heated and generally open from late May to early October depending on weather conditions. For off-season stays, contact us to check availability.

How far is it from central Geneva?

The villa is in Anières, about 20-25 minutes from central Geneva and 30 minutes from the international airport. VIP transfers are available via Idyllic Cars.
