    The house

    A private villa on the Geneva shore of Lake Geneva

    In Anières, on the Geneva shore of the lake and about twenty minutes from the centre of Geneva, LakeFront Villa opens its 590 m² directly onto Lake Geneva. It is let in its entirety to a single group: five bedrooms, four bathrooms, up to ten guests, in a 3,700 m² private park.

    The private jetty remains at guests' disposal throughout the stay, and the concierge team arranges boat or paddleboard outings on request. Around the house, the heated outdoor pool is open all year round, and the covered and open terraces let you enjoy the lake in every season.

    Inside, the home cinema and the wine cellar set the tone for the evenings. Its discretion, so close to Geneva, also makes it an ideal setting for seminars and leadership retreats.

    A House Manager is on site and our concierge team prepares every detail, before your arrival and throughout your stay. À la carte: breakfast served, daily housekeeping, a private chef who has worked in Michelin-starred establishments, massages, transfers with Idyllic Cars.

    Geneva international airport is thirty minutes away. The villa pairs with the other houses in the collection, in La Clusaz or at the gates of Geneva, to compose tailor-made stays.

    Fill out our contact form specifying the property you'd like, your dates and the number of guests. Your request is reviewed by our team, who will reply within 24h to confirm availability and send you a tailored offer followed by a rental contract. The deposit, the security deposit and the banking details are set out in that contract: the booking is confirmed according to the conditions stated there, once the deposit has been received by bank transfer.

    We accept stays from 2 nights in low season. In high season (Christmas, New Year, school holidays), a 7-night minimum applies. For bespoke events, contact us directly - we review each request individually.

    Check-in is from 4 PM in low season, and from 6 PM in high season. Check-out is before 11 AM. Your Chalet Manager or House Manager will be on site to welcome you. Adjustments may be possible depending on availability.

    The price includes full exclusive use of the residence, a dedicated Chalet Manager, concierge service before and during your stay, housekeeping before and after your stay, and household linen supplied on arrival. Breakfast, cleaning of the living areas and the renewal of household linen are offered with every stay, as a supplement. A private chef and additional services (transfers, massages, activities) are available as options.
