How does booking work?

Fill out our contact form specifying the property you'd like, your dates and the number of guests. Your request is reviewed by our team, who will reply within 24h to confirm availability and send you a tailored offer followed by a rental contract. The deposit, the security deposit and the banking details are set out in that contract: the booking is confirmed according to the conditions stated there, once the deposit has been received by bank transfer.

What is the minimum stay?

We accept stays from 2 nights in low season. In high season (Christmas, New Year, school holidays), a 7-night minimum applies. For bespoke events, contact us directly - we review each request individually.

Question 3

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Accepted Answer

Check-in is from 4 PM in low season, and from 6 PM in high season. Check-out is before 11 AM. Your Chalet Manager or House Manager will be on site to welcome you. Adjustments may be possible depending on availability.

What's included in the price?

Accepted Answer

The price includes full privatisation of the chalet, a dedicated Chalet Manager, concierge service before and during your stay, as well as check-in and check-out cleaning. The private chef and additional services (transfers, massages, activities) are available as options.

Is the private chef included or optional?

The private chef is offered as an option, on request. Former executive chefs of fine-dining restaurants, they design fully bespoke menus tailored to your tastes and your group. Contact us to learn more.

Is the property fully privatised?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. Each of our properties is rented exclusively to your group for the full duration of the stay. No outside guests, no passing through - the property is entirely yours. Each residence is also secured by alarm, video surveillance and high-level access control, for your complete peace of mind.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows. The applicable conditions are set out in the rental contract provided at the time of booking. More than 30 days before arrival and within 48 hours of booking: 100% refund of the total amount. Between 7 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount. Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund, the full amount remains due.

Do you accept pets?

Pets may be accepted under conditions depending on the property and the dates. A supplement per animal and an increase in the security deposit will be requested and detailed in the rental contract. Please let us know at the time of your booking request.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, every property is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, included in the stay.

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A deposit (acompte) of between 20% and 50% of the total amount is requested at the time of booking. The balance must be settled at the latest between 20 and 30 days before the arrival date, according to the conditions set out in the rental contract. Payment is made by bank transfer to the TREVELYAN account. The banking details are communicated in the contract. A security deposit (caution) is also requested by bank transfer. Its amount and terms are specified in the rental contract.

Is the chalet really 100m from the slopes?

Yes. And with good snow cover, you can even ski directly back to the chalet. To reach the lifts, count less than 2 minutes on foot. A heated ski room is available on site to store and dry your equipment.

Is the chalet accessible in summer?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The chalet is open year-round. In summer, La Clusaz offers an exceptional setting for hiking, mountain biking and outdoor activities. The 74m² terrace, the fire pit and the spa are available in every season.

Is the spa (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi) accessible all year?

Yes, the private spa - hammam, mountain-view sauna and outdoor jacuzzi - is accessible in every season, regardless of when you stay.

Can the cinema room be used for a seminar?

Absolutely. The cinema room can be configured as a presentation space - projection screen, intimate atmosphere. Our team will help you set up the space to suit your needs.

Is there private parking?

Yes. The chalet has 2 spaces in a covered garage and 4 to 5 parking spaces around the chalet, fully reserved for your group.

Can we organise an event at the chalet?

Yes. Chalet Enigma is well suited to private events - birthdays, intimate weddings, corporate evenings - in respect of the neighbourhood and the rental contract terms. Our team will support you throughout the organisation. Contact us to discuss your project.

How do I reach the chalet from Geneva, Lyon or Paris?

The chalet is 1h from Geneva airport, 40 minutes from Annecy and 2h from Lyon. VIP transfers in luxury vehicles are available via Idyllic Cars.

Yes, it's one of our most sought-after offers for large groups.
